The PowerPoint presentation RStudioTutorial.pptx provides an overview on:
- installing , and RStudio with a list of necessary packages,
- generating documents that integrate commands, their output and researcher's annotations into a RMarkdown, and
- typesetting mathematical equation in RMarkdown with LaTeX.
